Atlantic Tractor, recently certified as a Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work Institute, is looking for a John Deere Parts Counter Sales Representative to join the Parts department at its store in Clayton, Delaware.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.

• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.

• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.

• Verifies receipting-in or shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.

• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.

• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.

• Assists in maintaining all department tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order.

• Shall be able to multitask while consistently maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Be able to work with a team or independently.

• Maintain a professional demeanor to ensure that the highest level of customer experience is attained.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Preferably one year of experience working in a parts department operations.

• Experience with electronic parts catalogs preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Driver's license.

The pay range for this position is $18-$24 per hour based on experience.
