Job Title: Parts Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Director of Aftermarket Sales
Effective Date: April 2019
Respond and react to incoming customer inquiries daily for parts, rebuilds, change parts and service requirements.
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers, responding with timely and effective communication.
Promote the sale of aftermarket products to customers utilizing insightful knowledge and understanding of the clients' equipment and requirements.
Develop a thorough knowledge of Accraply's products to understand a customer's production goals, challenges and requirements. Understand applications and capabilities of Accraply's equipment to offer correct solutions to customers.
Help customers with new packaging styles or production needs through coordinating product samples and facilitating discussions with engineers or sales teams (within Accraply), and the appropriate contacts within customer facility.
Act as the internal voice of the customer for Accraply by cultivating effective business relationships and communicate the full scope of Accraply product solutions and services to meet both our customers' business goals and achieve company sales objectives.
Support the Sales Executives in the field, submitting appropriate leads for upgrades and remanufactured machine opportunities.
Understand and speak to price objections, value pricing, and contracts.
Accurately enter orders into the company operating system.
Support and actively utilize the Customer Resource Management system (1CRM) to maintain accurate records of all contacts, activity reports, install base, opportunities and competitive information for customers.
Keep abreast of competitive and customer activity along with customer needs and communicate information to the appropriate individuals within the company, to enable strategic decisions that will increase the company's competitive edge in the marketplace.
Solicit feedback from customers and share with the appropriate personnel inside Accraply to create opportunities for recognition, celebration, and continuous improvement.
Actively sell service and training opportunities.
Coordinate with New Equipment Sales on joint projects/leads/installs.
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with customer service and sales, or sales support is required
Experience in cold calling and follow-up is required
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Spanish speaking is a plus.
