Parts Sales And Service Representative - Power Generators

Our client is seeking a Parts Sales and Service Representative with power generator parts sales experience to join their team To cover the South Georgia line down to Orlando, FL This person will report out of Jacksonville, FL to cover the south Florida area. This dynamic role involves working directly with their valued clients and ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered at all times. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing the best customer service possible.

Responsibilities

• Generates sales to customers for generator parts, service, rentals, and rebuilds on all generator makes and models.
• Quotes services in the field and works with all customer relations.
• Develop new customers in assigned territory while maintaining current accounts.
• Attend and work industry tradeshows and conferences to strengthen the company brand and develop customer relationships.
• Create and implement strategies for generator service and rental growth.
• Work closely with the clients sales rep to develop a relationship with their customers to gain service opportunities.
• Incumbent is to provide a detailed call report to the Service Manager weekly to discuss customer concerns and demands in the field.
• Maintains and submits accurate and timely expense reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a MVR (insurable of company vehicle insurance)
