Summary:
The Parts Order Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the Parts Expedite process. answering phone calls and emails from customers, assisting them with ordering process. Taking the initiative to assist the Parts CSR II in solving problems and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position also assists in production with the daily operation as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails regarding customer inquiries and parts specification and availability while delivering a positive relationship-based approach to customer interactions
Assist with pulling and packaging orders to be shipped out UPS
Work as a team to help meet department goals and objectives
Manage the parts expedite process
To effectively use job aids and tools to conduct customer interactions with ease
Main contact with parts issues
Help in the areas of receiving, picking, packing, and kitting as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent
Successfully demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills professional, courteous, friendly and helpful
Excellent grammar, voice and diction abilities
Strong ability to read, understand and interpret mechanical and operational information effectively
Self-motivated individual who understands the importance of time constraints
Ability to operate forklift and overhead hoist in a safe and orderly manner
Ability to bend, squat, walk and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs.
Excellent attention to detail
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet
The ability to pass drug and criminal background screenings
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent Ventrac product knowledge
Customer Service experience and skills
1+ year of shipping experience
1-3 years of applicable work experience
