Job Overview
The Director of Parts will be responsible for leading the aftermarket OEM parts business for trailers and beds within the ATW Consumer Grade Business unit. The OEM Parts Department manufactures, sells, and distributes aftermarket replacement parts and accessories both through our big box retail outlets, chain store partners and our wholesale dealer network. Also, this role will be responsible for direct sales to end users. This role will have responsibility to develop and execute the parts growth strategy, enhance the customers ordering experience and improve the operational fulfillment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute the parts growth strategy including Revenue, Margin, Online, Fulfillment, etc.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the OEM Parts Sales team and Warehouse fulfillment team.
Define and achieve sales goals, budgets, and margin targets.
Responsible for organization, optimization, and inventory accuracy of all OEM parts
Responsible for recommending OEM pricing and gross margin of parts.
Responsible for Weekly and Monthly KPI development and review
Standard work and process improvement for Sales Team and Operations Team
Work with Products Engineering to ensure we have the correct OEM parts to support new products and existing products are supportable in the field.
Work with Warranty and Operations to ensure we have the proper parts fulfillment lead times.
Work with Procurement and Operations to ensure parts are delivered and stocked at appropriate levels.
Work with Sales Team to help manage customer relationships.
Manage safety requirements of the warehouse operations to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain inventory accuracy.

Competencies
Strong analytical skills
Solid part sales experience in B2B environment
Strong online sales growth experience
Background in Supply Chain concepts
Background in Lean concepts
Experience in developing sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and people skills with an aptitude for building strong customer relationships.

Ability to travel between locations and to customers as required.

Customer service experience
Approx. 15% travel with occasional overnight stays
Physical Demands

Occasional using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
