Effectively manage MRO Crib by providing direct handling, receiving, storage, and issuance of materials from a MRO crib.
The Parts Crib Coordinator handles all inventory needs, inspecting, marking and identifying MRO Items and equipment in order to keep items from being damaged.
Establish and maintain data into the inventory tracking of Maximo on receipts, consumption, and disbursement or parts.
Maintain vendor database to establish supplier relationships and ensure best pricing and parts availability.
Order and distribute parts for the maintenance department.
Maintain stock parts and parts room in an organized and clean status.
Ensuring inventory levels are maintained at lowest levels to meet department needs.
Maintain critical parts inventory.
Ensure timely response to all work orders and closely coordinate with the Planner and CMMS Administrator.
Work closely with Facility Coordinator to act as back-up on purchase orders and invoice processing as needed.
