Position Overview: The Parts Crib Attendant will play a crucial role in managing purchasing, receiving, and inventory control tasks to support maintenance technicians. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety by adhering to OSHA and company policies.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.

• Implement inventory control practices to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.

• Properly identify received goods and ensure they are stored in the appropriate locations.

• Prevent product delays that may affect preventive maintenance schedules.

• Manage site materials in accordance with client contract requirements.

• Liaise with vendors to expedite orders and track delivery status.

• Organize requisitions, receiving reports, and other related documents.

• Maintain a tidy work area and operate various tools and instruments as necessary.

• Adhere to schedules while demonstrating flexibility to accommodate customer needs.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Quality regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in inventory control, purchasing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations, particularly OSHA standards.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

• Familiarity with GMP, Food Safety, and Quality regulations is preferred.
