Parts Counterperson - New Honda Powerhouse

Tom Wood Group is excited to launch our new Honda Powerhouse Dealership, and we're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Part Counterperson to join our team!

As we prepare for our move into our new location, we're actively onboarding team members to train alongside our experienced Indy Powersports team on 96th Street. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch while gaining valuable hands-on experience with a knowledgeable team, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running when we open the doors to our new Honda Powerhouse Dealership.

Days: Tuesday through Saturday

Sundays and Mondays are for riding!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in selecting powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) that best meet their needs and preferences

• Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the buying process

• Stay up to date on the latest Honda products and features to effectively answer customer questions

• Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase vehicle capabilities

• Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactions

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the dealership's success

• Maintain a professional and inviting showroom environment

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for powersports vehicles and the lifestyle they represent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers at once

• A positive attitude and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals

• REQUIRED- Motorcycle license
