Our team is seeking a motivated individual to join the All Truck and Trailer Parts team as a Parts Counter Salesperson. This person is responsible for the retail sales of medium and heavy duty parts to our customers and providing excellent customer service. We serve English and Spanish speaking customers, so if you are bilingual that's a plus!
All Truck and Trailer Parts, or ATTP, carries all makes of parts for trucks and trailers serving vehicles in construction, landscaping, hauling, municipalities, cattle farmers, homebuilders and more! Conveniently located at the intersection of I-76 and Pecos, we are able to serve the Greater Denver area, the Front Range, and Northern Colorado.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively communicate with clientele to ensure objective, customer needs and sales opportunities meet company standards.
Effectively communicate with technicians and outside customer to ensure correct part is ordered.
Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers face-to-face or via phone.
Maintain familiarity with all inventory products and merchandising programs and ordering systems.
Utilize and maintain parts technical resources with most current information.
Understand Dealership credit policies.
Communicate and help resolve customer complaints and adjustments.
Set an example of professionalism and positive attitude including a neat, orderly, safe work environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Requires frequent sitting and standing.
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch.
Required to lift up to 85 lbs.
Normal range hearing and vision.
Required manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input.
May be required to operate equipment such as a forklift or manual pallet jack in a safe manner at all times.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Direct industry experience selling heavy-duty truck parts through distribution and/or directly to the end user.
Knowledge of computers is a must.
Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, drive train, and suspensions.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Bilingual (Preferred)
Detail oriented.
Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
JOB DETAILS:
Type: Hourly
Shift: 8:00am-5pm Monday - Friday.
Compensation Range: $22-$28
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
Reports To: Parts Manager
