The Miner Corporation is looking for a Lead Parts Coordinator to join our team and meet the demands of our growing business. The office location is in San Antonio, TX. The Parts Coordinator will support and assist the Parts Manager with the following responsibilities:
Maintain parts inventory with part number, price description and Organization.
Distribution of parts to various manufacturing departments.
Verify parts received are correct per customer order.
Prepare Customer quotes.
Prepare paperwork and correspond with accounting department regarding parts sold to customers or returned to vendors.
Purchase designated parts from approved vendors.
Manage parts returns and prepare shipping documents, package components for shipping and track items for status.
Procurement of new vendors.
Prepare purchase orders.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels for parts and supplies as required for production.
Comply with regulations surrounding the handling of hazardous materials.
Point of contact for vendors and customers.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
