In this role you will:

  • Process technician parts, tools, and supply requests

  • Return unused and warranty parts

  • Receive parts into eAutomate system

  • Check status of parts orders and receive them upon arrival

  • Pull tech parts for restock daily to be delivered by UPS/FedEx

  • Monitor and cancel back ordered parts

  • Complete necessary computer transactions to ensure accurate inventory records

  • Handle incoming calls, e-mails and customer walk-in window duties

  • Track, account for, and distribute all parts, supplies and inventory items

  • Track APS parts orders

You should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills with excellent data entry skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently

  • Genuine desire to provide excellent customer service

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
