Must have excellent computer, phone communication, organizational skills, and good work ethic. Must have the ability to learn & understand parts identification and problem solving.Detail oriented work and work well under pressure. Ability to multi task and follow through.Must work in warehouse environment as well as office environment.
Maintain Parts inventory
Draw parts daily from inventory for use by the service department technicians
Perform truck inventory
Responsible for obtaining return authorization and returning items as required to vendors
Identify, sort, locate and transfer parts for service
Track orders to avoid shipping delays to customers
Input customer data and vendor purchase orders with emphasis on inventory control
Assist with calling manufacturers when needed
Various reports including B/O reports
Taking EBAY Photos
Packaging EBAY Parts once item is sold
Help maintain a clean, safe department environment
Call customers to confirm appointments
Call customers with part quotes
Other duties as required.
This person will also be in the service department from 7:30am 10:00 am each day and will be receptions/switchboard Wednesday 7:30 pm 2:00 pm.
