Job Description Job Description Kings Equipment Group in Metro Detroit is looking for a new employee for our newest location This dealership is small in size (3 employees) and has an amazing built-in customer base but we are committed to growth with a great brand. Our product line is Kubota Tractors, Mowers and Utility Vehicles and we offer Sales, Service and Parts through our dealership.

Again, this is a small dealership so finding the right team member that likes a small, team environment that is led by the former long-time owner is key We offer a good benefits package for the employee and the company is very stable and strong. Job Title: Parts and Service Coordinator Job Description:

This position will carry a diverse set of duties within the dealership and daily job functions include but are not limited to: Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, pricing, receiving and point of sale. Ensure parts availability to meet customer needs and service department requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service by accurately identifying parts, processing orders, and resolving inquiries. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability for repairs. Generate quotes and invoices for parts sales.

Maintain accurate parts inventory records using a computerized system. Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with customers regarding service timelines and costs. Assist service technician with parts needs during repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized parts department. Warranty filing for parts and service departments. Manufacturer continuing education as assigned.

Perform other duties as assigned by GM and Owner. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a parts department, preferably in the agricultural /turf / off road equipment industry. Strong understanding of inventory control principles.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. Proficient in computer skills, including experience with inventory management software. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid Michigan driver's license. Knowledge of agricultural equipment a plus.

Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. as part of job functions. Benefits: Hourly pay health, vision and dental benefits, paid holidays. Be part of a small but successful team.
