What Will You Be Doing?

• Reviewing and processing part orders, providing quotes, entering sales orders, reviewing open order reports, transferring shipping paperwork to the warehouse, and processing RMA requests and receipts.

• Actively performs general customer service, including phone support, emails, and faxes.

• Filing and attaching paperwork within the system ensuring used and moving parts are properly accounted for.

• Proactively provides support to shipping/receiving, production, or assembly, regarding order request questions.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

Must Haves / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with data analytics required

Nice-to-Haves:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment

• 1+ years of experience with data entry, preferably in a manufacturing role

• Understanding of MS Office Suite products

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18 - $19 per hour and is overtime eligible.
