Position Overview:
The Parts Analyst will support the growth of our parts business and ensure the availability of parts for our thermal energy solutions in the Northeast. This role is key in maintaining Blake Thermal Sales & Service's reputation as a leading provider of thermal energy solutions. The position reports to the Parts Manager and is located in East Windsor, CT.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate parts proposals for internal and external customers through phone and email inquiries.
Assist the Parts Manager with inventory management to align with market needs and ensure efficient processing and billing of shipments.
Identify regional suppliers to enhance communication turnaround times and profitability.
Act as a liaison with manufacturers and vendors for warranty items, product development, improvements, and customer concerns.
Provide strategic input to the sales team to advance Blake Thermal's market position.
Maintain frequent communication with management and finance departments.
Offer direct parts support to internal and external customers.
Stay up-to-date with safety and compliance rules, regulations, and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Ability to read and understand exploded view drawings for parts research.
Ability to produce detailed, concise quotations based on customer requirements.
Strategic thinking and proven client interaction skills for parts business growth.
Ability to work productively with a cross-functional team.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel up to 10% within the Northeast Region; a valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in commercial and industrial parts support operations.
Experience with steam and hydronic boiler systems.
Experience in inventory management and logistics.
