GM Wholesale Parts Advisor Job Description:

The Huffines Wholesale Parts Advisor is knowledgeable about automotive products and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone. He or she locates automotive products within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arranges for delivery and ensures all documentation is completed accurately and timely.

GM Wholesale Parts Advisor Job Responsibilities:

• Assists wholesale account customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

• Maintains wholesale accounts in person and by telephone

• Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts

• Actively seeks to build and maintain strong working relationships with wholesale customers

• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel

• Sets the tone for our company by being an outstanding listener and information source

• Stays current with new products and product updates

• Other duties as assigned

GM Wholesale Parts Advisor Job Requirements:

• Minimum two-years automotive dealership parts experience

• Experience with GM wholesale parts required

• High school diploma or GED

• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player

• Results oriented self-starter

• Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to customer satisfaction

• Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly

• Proficiency in computer skills
