We are helping millions save when they shop online, and we're hiring! We are actively seeking a Partnerships Strategy Associate to join the Partnerships Team in our Sydney Office.

About The Role:

As the Partnerships Strategy Associate, you will be building and using analytical tools and resources to improve efficiency and expand the capabilities of the Partnerships Team. You will demonstrate the value of Honey with respect to Partner goals through the strategic creation and use of statistical, visual and linguistic evidence.

What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with the Partnerships Strategy Manager to identify areas of inefficient information flow, and ensure the relevancy of implemented tools and processes

  • Work within Partnerships Operations to support ongoing Partner Facing & Partner Support goals

  • In collaboration with the Partnerships Strategy Manager, work with analytical tools and design tools to increase accessibility, effectiveness, and relevancy of data for Partnerships

  • Work with the Partnerships Strategy Manager to Identify and implement uses of analytical tools to streamline and improve Partnerships processes

  • This includes but is not limited to auditing, reporting, and anomaly detection/alerting

  • Be available and proactive as a resource to facilitate the use of analytical tools and techniques to solve problems ad hoc

  • Work with the Partnerships Strategy Manager to create and proliferate tools and resources that streamline the demonstration of Honey's value to Partners

  • Work with Partnerships Strategy Manager on:

  • execution of all external Partner facing collateral

  • execution and organization of all Partnerships data resources

  • execution and organization of templates/processes for all statistical charts, tables, graphs, and reports to be included in external Partner communications

  • Work directly with the Manager, Partnerships Operations to alleviate informational and operational frictions within the Partnerships Team, and between the Partnerships Team and other Honey Teams

The Media Community Development team sits within Media Partnerships, a rapid growth organization that empowers the future of media by maximizing value with media partners who engage communities across Facebook, Inc. The team engages partners at scale to drive meaningful growth, optimized for efficiency and agility, while maintaining a high quality partner experience. We succeed when we help our partners grow. This individual will oversee a portfolio of emerging media creators and publishers to educate them at scale on strategies to reach their audiences and ensure that they are successful in adopting and leveraging Facebook products to develop their content businesses on the platform. Through operational rigor and knowledge of their vertical and partner set, this person will also work cross-functionally across Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product teams to help shape our products, inform strategy on approaches to new partnerships opportunities, and optimize new experiences and processes to ensure our partners are successful.
