Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the YouTube Content Partnerships team runs our relationships with media companies and provides seamless help to content partners, creators, advertisers and viewers on all platforms around the world.
As a member of the YouTube Insights and Impact team, you'll analyze the content partnerships and creator ecosystem to guide business leadership on optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our partner facing business teams. You will be responsible for driving analytical insights, lead strategic planning, and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that aligns with YouTube's broader objectives, as well as guiding day-to-day operational decisions through analytics.
The Insights and Impact team executes against organizational-wide goals by supporting business leaders with insightful, actionable analysis and by creating the tracking and impact measurement behind the business.

Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g., media analytics, advertising sales, etc.).
Experience analyzing datasets using relational databases including SQL queries, database definition, and schema design.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, conducting statistical A/B testing or other experimental designs.
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering).
Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, R, etc.).
Excellent analytical background and experience with marketing analytics, ROI/financial modeling, and statistical analysis.
Exceptional business fundamentals and acumen including knowledge of video advertising business model.
Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with business leaders, marketing, operations and product teams in order to identify opportunities, design, and assess improvements to YouTube's business.
Act as a thought leader in the creation of planning, strategy, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and KPI development for the YouTube Content Partnerships teams. Make strategic and operational recommendations to achieve the goals.
Conduct non-routine end-to-end analyses, including data gathering from large and complex data sets, processing, analysis employing advanced statistical and ML methods, with ongoing deliverables to improve the quality of YouTube's Partnerships teams.
Make business recommendations using effective presentation skills, conveying findings at multiple levels including executive leadership, managers, and peers through visual displays of quantitative information.
Train stakeholders on tools and data; manage data accuracy for relationship mapping. Manage Content Partnerships analysts.
