Job Description:


The Partnership CRM Coordinator will be an integral member of the Data & Analytics team. This person will assist and coordinate several areas including CRM, market research, digital marketing and project management. They will perform routine tasks in each of the areas that align with the team's overall goals and objectives. This person will also provide administrative assistance as needed.


  • Manage Premium contracts and invoices - create new contracts for leases that come in, ensure invoices are correct for Accounting

  • Complete any one-off requests or tasks from users

  • Microsoft Outlook Connector issues, service rep changes, contract reallocations

  • Build dashboards, views, and fields as necessary

  • Create and maintain training docs for Corporate Partnership

  • Train new hires how to use CRM


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Possess the highest integrity, ethical standards and confidentiality

  • Ability to ensure print request deadlines are met

  • Proficiency in taking direction and executing changes when necessary

  • Organizational ability to track files and progress associated with projects and maintain department's digital archive

  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible to shift between projects as new priorities emerge, and assist graphic designers with project overflow

  • Discussion and problem-solving skills regarding department practices and procedures

  • Ability to work on collaborative projects and independently

  • Must have thorough knowledge of graphics related Macintosh software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. HTML, Dreamweaver Javascript and Flash a plus.

Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 8 year(s) Certification(s) Required: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Required Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrates extensive ability to collaborate with clients with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) functional Architect for Sales and Marketing, and portal implementation. Demonstrates extensive ability to collaborate with client, engineering team including developers, testers and PMO and deliver a quality product. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including: * Working experience with MICROSOFT DYNAMICS - CRM; * Working experience with Dynamics CRM; * Working experience with AGILE METHODOLOGY; and, * Working experience with TESTING. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including: * Working with client to create the future state processes and solution design; * Understanding requirements across Sales and Marketing modules of Dynamics CRM; * Architecting solutions and work with technical team on configuration, design and testing efforts; * Demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution capabilities to the client and provide them with examples to ascertain business requirements.; * Designing and driving configuration per requirements & solution design as well as facilitating workshops; * Creating fit and gap analysis to assess how well the solution meets requirements and assess whether requirements are complete and comprehensive using fit and gap analysis templates for CRM; * Creating functional requirements documents, user stories, and other deliverables and working with client to obtain sign off; * Advising on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, 3rd parties and customizations; * Working with Product Owner to decompose features into user stories; * Helping the team through the life cycle of a CRM implementation providing key inputs during design, migrating data from external systems, conducting and supporting solution testing, building test cases, assisting with functional, system and user acceptance testing and conducting and supporting user and administrator training; * Utilizing Microsoft BI suite, MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services to manage the reporting lifecycle (Report Design, Creation, Publishing, Subscription, Alerts); * Establishing the usability of the solution aligned to the client architecture guiding principles; and, * Training and upskilling client resource to become a Dynamics 365 functional specialists. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including: * Working experience with CLICKDIMENSIONS INTEGRATION WITH DYNAMIC CRM; * Working experience with MICROSOFT DYNAMIC CRM PORTALS/ ADX PORTALS; and, * Working experience with MICROSOFT AZURE DEVOPS.
