We are helping millions save when they shop online, and we're hiring! We are actively seeking a Partnerships Associate to join the Partnerships Team in our EU Office.

About The Role:

As a member of the Partnerships Team, you will help to successfully manage the expectations of our merchant partners, affiliate networks, OPM's/agencies and Honey users. Our goal is to maximize partner sales and commissions without sacrificing product quality or straying from the company vision. We must work closely with Tech, Product, Growth and the rest of the company to accomplish this. We are the public face of Honey and it is our goal to convey the value of Honey to new and current partners. Although you will be based in London, this role will be supporting Europe.

What You'll Do:

As a Partnerships Associate at Honey, you will:

  • Work with the team to grow your portfolio of accounts, strengthen partner relationships and effectively convey the value of Honey to all external parties

  • Provide unparalleled customer service - act on and respond to every partner email in a timely fashion, ideally in 24 hours

  • Manage all logistics, meeting & call scheduling for your team's portfolio

  • Create all presentations, reporting, other collateral for Partner calls and meetings

  • Take the lead scheduling meetings for yourself and paired Manager/Director

  • Work with your paired Manager/Director to ensure all conversations are prepared for in advance

  • Take the lead compiling action items after meetings to continue the conversation and set follow up tasks/reminders

  • Work with your paired Manager/Director to execute on ad hoc projects to improve portfolio health as directed

  • Work closely with the rest of the Partnerships team to optimize merchant campaigns and performance to drive revenue growth and exceed goals

  • Identify merchant and seasonal trends

  • Log all edits and new updates through the Honey CMS as well as partner conversations through Honey CRM

  • Have impeccable written communication and proofreading skills as well as a solid proficiency of the English language

  • Mentor and share best practices with other members of the Partnerships team and the company as a whole

  • Partner communication is mostly email based but should be at least 20% calls and in-person meetings

  • Travel to LA HQ with team quarterly or as needed

  • Occasional Travel to conferences / partner meetings as needed and approved by VP

About You:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience (affiliate marketing, online marketing, sales/account management, performance marketing, ad tech)

  • Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication skills

  • Organized and a natural learner

  • Problem solver with a contagiously positive attitude

  • Language skills to focus on the European market

  • Proficient in French, German, Dutch or Spanish

This individual will oversee a portfolio of emerging media creators and publishers to educate them at scale on strategies to reach their audiences and ensure that they are successful in adopting and leveraging Facebook products to develop their content businesses on the platform. Through operational rigor and knowledge of their vertical and partner set, this person will also work cross-functionally across Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product teams to help shape our products, inform strategy on approaches to new partnerships opportunities, and optimize new experiences and processes to ensure our partners are successful.
