Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, detail-oriented administrative support to Rams' CCO and other leaders within Partnerships
Organize and manage complex calendar schedule(s) for multiple executives, assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, org offsites etc.
Possesses strong customer service orientation, uses judgment/discretion in handling confidential information, and acts in a professional and proactive manner
Makes travel arrangements, prepares expense reports, provides support for departmental and organizational events and activities, both internally and externally
In larger cross-functional meetings, take notes and set next steps and follow through
Plans and organizes key events, prepares agendas, coordinates all logistics
Exercises diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of the organization including staff at all levels, executive leadership, administration and externally
Executive representation and strong service internally and externally
Demonstrates strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics such as maintaining department/divisional organizational charts
May oversee tactical projects, general administrative duties such as order supplies, shipping and receiving, & gifts
Performs other related duties or worked on projects as assigned and deployed across Partnerships
Game day and Rams/HWP events responsibilities
Some travel required
Qualifications:
4-7 years' experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
Experience supporting CCO and multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-starter with the desire and ability to take initiative
A keen sense of urgency, strong follow-through in prioritizing, coordinating and planning in a high volume environment
Integrity and discretion in dealing with matters, and protect sensitive and confidential information is crucial
Work independently under time constraints, manage competing, complex priorities and deadlines, and handle a multitude of tasks efficiently
Ability to anticipate needs and being resourceful in delivering tasks; effectively leverage available resources
High attention to detail and accuracy (proofreading/formatting)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, given the significant contact with senior management and external contacts
Event planning skills and experience
Excel capability with knowledge of formulas
Expertise in PowerPoint; very skilled at the creation/maintenance of org. charts and presentations
Proficiency in Outlook or similar email/calendaring tool
Strong customer service focus, highly organized, responsible, and detail oriented
Proven track record to work well in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to exchange information clearly and concisely
Executive presence a must
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
