We are looking for a few Smart, Gritty, and Driven individuals to own the growth of our relationship with some of our most valuable customers!

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire post-sales relationship with KCF Technologies signed customers

  • Manage the growth and success of each customer, through planning and implementation of account-based marketing and maintenance of client partnership

  • Provide exceptional customer service, proactively problem solve to identify and resolve any account issues

  • Navigate enterprise customers by networking through every level of the organization and understanding KCFs opportunities for expansion

  • Closely monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics for each customer

  • Creatively present data with KCF analysts and engineers to stakeholders within the account to get them excited about evangelizing KCF throughout the organization

  • Pursue expansion opportunities for new business by showing the value of KCFs SmartDiagnostics services

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in relevant field, including account management within the industrial segment, business development, or consulting

  • Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Highly analytical and data driven, with the creativity to present it effectively

  • Resourceful and able to find innovative ways to achieve results

  • Exceptionally detail oriented and can multi-task in your sleep

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, works independently, and thrives in a fast paced environment
