About the role

  • Partner Support Representatives will provide outstanding customer service at a fast-paced level, while effectively assisting customers by offering quick and proper solutions. Inbound calls are a priority. A monthly scorecard will be performed to ensure the highest level of customer service and to ensure all team expectations are met. Partner Support Agents will assist our customers via phone and email.

What you'll do

  • Inbound calls are a priority.

  • Respond to all forms of communication in a timely manner (Phone and Email).

  • Provide fast and appropriate solutions.

  • Provide excellent customer service with first contact resolution.

  • Build rapport with our leaders while maintaining a professional demeanor.

  • Meet individual and team goals.

  • Place auto-delivery orders and volume orders.

  • Update general account information.

  • Report feedback, complaints, and issues.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, inbound systems, and web pages.

  • Excellent Spelling (evaluation application).

  • Capture speed of 40 PPM with 96% accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Active listening and strong communication skills.

  • Detail and results oriented.

  • Ability to make decisions and exceptions (Problem Solver).

  • Handle confidential financial and personal information appropriately.

  • 6 months of experience in Call Center Customer Service.

  • High School Diploma.
