We are looking for a hard-working Partner Specialist to assist our company in growing our Access Control Subcontractor (Partner) Program for national and international customer sites. Responsibilities include acquiring Partners in changing market spaces, contract processing, monitoring Partners to ensure compliance with company standards and policies, coordinating Partner management tasks inclusive of working with Partners and internal employees, maintaining good working relationships with Partners, process improvement, and deriving sufficient value from Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, PM and Operations (Stakeholders) to identify areas where Access Control Partners (Partners) are needed in the US and globally to fulfill installation and service.

  • Source high quality Partners through online research, referrals, trade organizations, etc to determine Partner pricing and work quality.

  • Virtually meet with suitable Partners to present the Kastle Partnership program and walk them through the prequalification process and manage process for documentation required to participate in the Partner program. Ensure all documentation receives appropriate legal review and is maintained.

  • Develop and manage communication loop with partners to ensure active awareness of their responsibilities, obligations, updates and other items impacting the delivery of services. This includes ensuring they are provided documentation and training materials as appropriate.

  • Ensure all internal systems are current and contain the appropriate information on partners that may be leveraged within each geography.

  • Participate in meetings to assist new Partner involved in complex projects; navigate the Kastle environment to enable a successful deployment.

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with Partners.

  • Respond to inquiries from phone calls, emails and MS Teams from Partners support related to billing, documentation, training Updates and Kastle applications that are used by the Partners.

  • Ensure on-time payments to Partners.

  • Establish standards by which to track, measure and report the performance and retention of approved Partners:

  • Informal feedback from internal stakeholders working day-to-day with Partners

  • Run monthly meetings with various internal stakeholders

  • Provide internal stakeholders with feedback from Partners

  • Provide monthly reports on the Partner assessment.

  • Advocate for Partners by working with Management and Development to keep up-to-date documents when new products, new features and all variety of changes are rolled out to internal Kastle Sales and Technical staff.

  • Assist in content input for the quarterly Partner newsletter.

  • Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in the Partner Management Program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • Five+ years' experience with managing vendor relationships to include contract negotiations, service escalations, cost management and quality requirements.

  • Demonstrates global cultural and business awareness in intercultural communication when dealing with international Partners and customers.

  • Experience with legal requirements and procedures for navigating through import and export of goods to different countries with local Partner guidance.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Effective multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills.

  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, innovative, and organizational skills.

  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
