A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. You'll have a big part in supporting our partners from assisting with partner admissions and talent development to partner compensation, administration, and benefits. Our team is responsible for designing and managing the overall benefits strategy for PwC's Partners. You'll focus on designing, managing, and administering the Partners' benefit programmes which include health and welfare and retirement programmes.

The Partner Solutions team provides active and retired partners with highly personalized services focused on enhancing the partner experience. Delivers high level support to retiring and withdrawing partners and families of deceased partners. Oversees the operations of the Partner Retirement Plans, including benefit calculations, projections and related financial information in the US and Mexico.

Preferred Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) credential from American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) or associated credential.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of the policies and protocols related to qualified and nonqualified plan administration. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Solving problems, prioritizing tasks, independently making decisions, and/or escalating and consulting with leaders on more challenging issues;
Communicating cogently to all levels of internal staff and management including firm partners, both verbal and written;
Possessing in-depth attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to be agile;
Managing and completing projects by deliverable dates;
Working with leaders to leverage knowledge into actionable tasks;
Identifying and resolving complex issues across a complex partner plans; and,
Implementing all updates, enhancements, and changes to existing systems and processes on an ongoing basis.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in leveraging advanced functionality for analyzing and manipulating data, including the following:
Administering the firm's qualified and non-qualified plans including comprehensive understanding of plan documents, data analysis, benefit calculations, communications and implementation of benefit elections and payments;
Managing the daily operations of the retirement team including oversight of team deliverables for quality;
Designing and developing scheduled and ad hoc value added data analyses and report extracts to satisfy requests, Firm management and other stakeholders;
Developing and managing the creation of procedural manuals; and,
Demonstrating experience with Microsoft Suite of tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite (e.g. Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive/Team Drive etc.), and Business Intelligence (BI) analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, etc.) and exposure to technologies such as Google Scripts and UI Path.
