Summary

At OneHope we strive to provide the transformational Word of God to children and youth around the world. The Partner Services Representative contributes to further our mission through interacting with our partners over the phone and other mediums answering their inquiries, providing information, and maintaining their records. Will facilitate the tracking of donations, and celebrate partners' milestones.

Working with the Partner Services workgroup, this person will be involved in a broad range of tasks and collaboratively work with the whole Advancement team in the fundraising and advocacy efforts in the pursuit of our outcomes and mission fulfillment. Serving in every capacity that would help our partners understand and embrace our missional calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a welcoming environment for partners' request fulfillment and implementing internal systems to manage partner requests in a timely manner. Including store orders and premiums requests

  • Facilitate our partner communications through different channels and maintenance of their personal records.

  • Contribute to several administrative tasks to support fundraising strategies such as mailing packages, data entry, writing notes, and others assigned by Lead role.

  • Daily donations processing, receipting, and fulfilling transaction reports.

  • Initiate and care for OneHope partners through Culture of Engagement assignments, specifically Prayer Calling, or as assigned by leadership.

  • Collaborate with other team members to design and implement strategies for the pursuit of various Advancement goals as directed by leadership. The objectives and outcomes of Advancement are not separate from every team member's personal objectives, but are owned by each person on the team

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Computer/Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Virtuous CRM is a plus. Ability to learn new software applications that are utilized daily.
  • Other Competencies/Characteristics: A strong, growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The ability to be flexible, highly organized with a strong orientation to detail/quality work. Must maintain a highly professional demeanor and level of confidentiality. Ability to communicate effectively with others both internally and externally. Regular attendance is required to adequately perform this job. Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly in our dynamic environment.

Work Environment

  • Monday
  • Friday during business hours (9a-5p) with some flexibility
