FOX Sports College Properties is a unit of Home Team Sports (HTS) and holds the multi-media rights for USC and the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Michigan State University, Auburn, San Diego State, Georgetown, Villanova and the BIG EAST Conference. HTS is a sales unit of FOX Sports and offers one-stop shopping for TV and digital media sponsorship of every MLB, NBA and NHL home team in the U.S., reaching 90+ million homes with its platforms. HTS is a complete sports solution featuring branded-content platforms, commercial and program production, events and custom brand integration in live local sports. The Partner Services Coordinator will administer the fulfillment of the corporate partnership program at Michigan State University in conjunction with the Manager of Partner Services and the sales staff. This position will assist in the oversight of fulfillment and execution for Sports Properties and directly manage a group of existing partners to the University as well as being responsible for prospecting, selling and closing new business. Position may serve as a liaison between MSU Sports Property staff and assigned Athletic Department staff as it relates to new inventory, compliance, and designated areas of execution/fulfillment of partnerships. Position will also be responsible for driving new business by managing the strategy in certain key categories of sales.


  • Will oversee Accounting, AP, AR, and Collections.

  • Fulfill (and manage the fulfillment) of existing multi-media partnerships for MSU Sports Properties.

  • Assist in all pricing/packaging/inventory management for MSU Sports Properties.

  • Maintain and develop relationships within MSU Athletic Department while exploring avenues for new inventory and new business opportunities as it relates to the MSU Sports Properties business.

  • Prospect, cultivate and sell new business partnership for MSU Sports Properties, including sales/renewals/upsells for MSU Sports Properties.


  • College Degree required.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in professional or college athletics and/or sponsorship services.

  • Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication skills required.

  • Preferably will have accounting knowledge.
