The Role

As a Partner Manager, you will help to identify, build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing Enterprise and/or Public Sector clients. Your past sales and partner experience will allow you to identify opportunities to potential customers and generate new business. You will use your partner network with AWS, Microsoft, and Google to identify joint business opportunities to provide value and drive revenue growth in your market.

The positions primary responsibility is to help build a book of business and logos in the Enterprise and Public Sector verticals in the US. Using your partner network, you will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives; drive the sales from initial prospect communication through final stages. Then, you will work in tandem with the sales team for contract execution and ensure account growth.


  • Highly motivated, resilient and experienced partner and sales consulting professional that is able to demonstrate a record of crafting, selling and delivering technology consulting engagements
  • 7+ years of sales and partner management experience with AWS, Microsoft, and Google
  • Familiar with Salesforce (or similar eCRM platform) and able to accurately forecast sales pipeline through entire sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
  • Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
  • Experience working within the enterprise software development industry
  • Prior experience working with Systems Integrators and Consulting Companies to drive sales.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify key customers through Partner and alliance prospecting, and closing new business/new logos
  • Help develop new, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by promoting Contino propositions, capabilities and maintaining on-going client relationships
  • Act as a partner manager by bringing in new, profitable clients
  • Possess advanced negotiation skills
  • Work with Contino's network of strategic partners to identify new business opportunities and increase customer value

Experience Guidelines

  • Deep expertise in technology-related sales and partner management with several years of specific professional services to senior level executives of fortune 500 companies
  • Proven record of managing partners in a sales team and able to attract prospects
  • Strong team selling and partner background: ability to lead a matrix team of people through sales cycle
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse business partners
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills

The Manager, Partner Solutions will lead strategic campaign development, management and execution for our brand partners. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional collaboration, client communication and ensuring successful campaign delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul> <li>Develop a scope of work document and campaign tracker sheet for assigned projects that accurately outlines all campaign details, timelines, and deliverables.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal departments (Strategy, Production, Talent, Editorial, Branded Content, AdOps, Design, Web Dev, etc.) during the project planning &amp; execution phases. </li> <li>Function as the day-to-day contact for internal departments and clients to ensure all deliverables are timely and accurate.
