The Redfin Partner Program is a rapidly-growing business venture at Redfin. We manage a network of service-oriented agents from other brokerages who provide real estate services to Redfin customers outside of our service area, or when we are just too busy to take on another client. As a Partner Program Coordinator, you'll act as Customer Service for these agents and their clients; responding quickly to customer requests via phone and email, and ensuring they have the best experience working with Redfin and our partners. You'll also manage the interview and onboarding process for new agents.
This is a full time 40 hour per week position. The working hours are 9:30am to 6:30pm and include weekends.
