ABOUT THE POSITION
As Partner Ops Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day Netsuite Partner-related duties as assigned by the Partner Ops Manager and will also serve as a Partner Netsuite SME. You will also work with reseller partner customers to address questions they have about our products as well as escalate support cases and resolve integration issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Partner Ops Manager with day-to-day NetSuite and partner-related duties
Serve as a Partner NetSuite SME, assisting the Partner Ops Manager in developing all NS processes for partner processes
Participate in NetSuite calls reviewing impact to partners of various policies
Responsible for researching/implementing device transfers, RMA's, activations, cancellations, calculating credits
Working with Finance to resolve discrepancies in monthly reseller invoices and processes around the invoices
Research end user billing questions such as device counts and disputed charges
Work with Sales Ops to ensure accuracy of internal systems and the sync between them
Ongoing training with Support on how to handle partner customer RMA's, billing, and end user research
Address any issues with partner integrations
Address questions from reseller customers
Help activate units for selected reseller partner customers
Investigate Sales tax issues related to resellers
Manage data integrity between NetSuite and Salesforce
Manage seasonal suspensions
Investigate offline devices at partner customers
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree preferred
Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
Ability to learn quickly, think critically and to figure things out when there is no clear answer to how to solve a problem in NetSuite
Ability to defend ideas in front of a group of others
Ability to train others
Ability to work cooperatively with other departments
Ability to take on managerial responsibilities over time
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The hours of this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
This position is hybrid with designated days working from the office and designated days working from home.
