We are looking for a rock star Partner Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our team. This role reports to the Senior Director of Business Development. The ideal candidate is marketing savvy, has business acumen that enables he/she to engage externally and internally, as well as a ROI-centric approach to his/her work. This person should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about marketing, as well as translating strategy into marketing campaigns, communications, assets, and overall Partner Ecosystem demandgen, growth, loyalty, and culture.

Oversee external partner communication programs, including newsletters, webcasts, partner hosted campaigns, web assets, and MDF
Overlay and be the liaison champion for Workato-hosted joint partner campaigns.
Manage Annual Partner Summit, bi-annual Partner Sales Kick-off, BD Spotlight.
Work closely with the marketing team to extend the global marketing strategy into the partner ecosystem and align marketing initiatives
Interface with Partners as it relates to all marketing initiatives and joint GTM strategy sessions
Qualifications and Experience
3 - 5 years relevant experience
Experience with marketing tools, content creation/curation, field and event marketing, digital and GTM campaigns
Exceptional verbal, written, and copy-editing skills
Background in B2B SaaS and Partner Marketing desired
Bachelor degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations); MBA desired
Ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and matrix organization
Analytical, with the ability to capture and use key data and insights to drive key marketing strategies and decisions
Excellent communication, presentation, copy-editing and writing skills required
