Partner Marketing Manager Location: Palo Alto,CA/Atlanta,US - Onsite Duration: 12 months As a Partner Marketing Manager, responsibility for building and presenting joint business plans and growth strategies to external partner leadership teams including SVP of marketing and CMO for quarterly business reviews and sales enablement meetings. Efficiently manage budget of marketing development funds to drive growth of EUC business through the creation of joint marketing strategies, go to market digital campaigns and events. Maintain stakeholder excellence by working cross functionally with sales, product and brand teams to ensure alignment of strategic partner marketing programs, digital marketing campaigns and virtual/live events. Responsibilities •The Partner Marketing Manager will own all marketing advocacy programs globally -- including defining strategy, recruiting partners, telling and documenting partner success stories, and delivering key assets used in outbound marketing programs - advertising, podcasts, paid and organic media and main stage •The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with working with C-Suite Executives and CEOs at our top partners •You will create the global partner advocacy programs strategy and plan, orchestrating with the global partner teams and regional GTM teams, leading the development of all programs components, and driving programs that will build long term relationships with executives at top VMware partners •Your Impact

  • Help shape the strategic direction for global partner advocacy programs, developing impactful marketing programs to build long term relationships with our top partners

  • Collaborate with partner business and GTM regional teams to develop partner success stories that support our key Cloud and Apps offerings and partner programs •Develop the asset plan for partner success stories that feeds into our most critical outbound marketing programs globally - events, advertising, paid and organic media •Consistently communicate and collaborate with internal shareholders to ensure programs tactics are supporting or exceeding goals

  • Continually track and report on program metrics, conduct return on investment analysis to determine effectiveness of all marketing programs, and optimize efforts accordingly

  • Regularly update key shareholders on programs plans, program deliverables, and schedules Skills
