Scroll is building a better internet for everyone, one site at a time. Scroll members get to experience a fast, private, ad-free experience across hundreds of sites including Vox, The Atlantic, Buzzfeed and Slate, with more every month. Membership enables sites to make more money than they would have from ads and get to build a sustainable future for quality on the web.
Partnerships are at the core of what we do. Once a new partner is signed, youll work with our partners engineering and product teams to successfully integrate and maintain Scroll on their properties, and act as their primary contact for any issues, questions or ideas. Youll ensure that their partnership and business development teams are informed and consistently excited to be working with Scroll while deepening our relationships with them.
Internally youll be the voice of our publishers, acting as a conduit to bring their needs and perspective into Scroll. Youll work with business development, customer service, product, designers and engineers to strengthen our partnerships and come up with creative approaches to improving the tools we offer. Youll collaborate with people in both our New York and Portland offices, in meetings with publishers and remotely on phone calls. There may be some travel but it wont be a huge part of the job.
We appreciate people who think deeply, speak clearly, write well and love collaboration and feedback.
What youll own
Companies work better when the people within them reflect a broad range of lived experiences and perspectives to draw from. They are faster to understand challenges, and identify opportunities. They make better quality decisions. They better understand and empathize with the people they seek to serve. We will always prioritize expanding that range of perspectives and lived experiences within our team with every hire we make. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. We welcome applications from women, people of color, people of marginalized genders and other underrepresented groups.
