The Business Engineering and Partner Solutions team (BEPS) provides businesses with the solutions they need to face the tasks of today, as well as the expertise to engineer a path to the future. Depending on a business' needs, BEPS will connect clients with in-house engineers, recommend the right partners, or develop a customized combination of both.

By integrating technology and partnerships in one team, BEPS can employ the right solution, empowering businesses to grow today and build for tomorrow. The Partner Manager, reporting to the Head of Core Ads Partnerships, North America will provide ongoing consultative business support to key marketing partners to help grow their businesses while assuring end client success. This role also leads and drives special projects that influence the overall adoption of various FMP technologies and services.

You may serve developers building marketing technology integrations across various Facebook APIs (Ads, Creative, Messaging, etc.). We are looking for a strong individual contributor who has demonstrated leadership, success dealing with ambiguity, and problem-solving. Ideal candidates will have business development and partnership experience.

Partner Manager, Core Ads Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point-of-contact for ad tech and creative platform partners in the Facebook Marketing Partners (FMP), support and represent the FMPs and help them drive strategic growth

Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy that will accelerate the growth of the partner ecosystem

Influence and drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Facebook ad products and encourage innovation

Lead strategic and technical product development efforts from concept to launch

Project manage new builds through test and launch, and determine success frameworks to scale them to the wider ecosystem

Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide consultative services to Facebook sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing partner solutions and tools in market

Be the thought leader at Facebook by funneling Facebook Marketing Partners' platform insights and product feedback, influencing roadmaps where necessary

Be the advocate for Partners within Facebook, work with cross functional teams globally to both assist in the development of growth strategies for priority accounts, and develop or join existing marketing or sales programs to drive scaled growth

Work with Business Ops to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams

Work closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmap. Prioritize and structure partnerships based on product roadmap

Collaborate cross-functionally with Facebook partner engineers, product marketers, product managers and others to achieve quarterly and yearly goals for partner set

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of client facing experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales

Experience developing working relationships at all levels of management, internally and externally

Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel

Experience working with data to inform business decisions, translating complexity into clear action plans

Experience working with cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally/externally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in advertising and marketing developers ecosystem

Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Experience in working in scaled account management or marketing programs

Bachelor's degree and advanced degree

Knowledge of Facebook products, innovation, technology, and online marketing

Deep knowledge in building great products, startups, developer/partner ecosystem and the business of innovation
