The Partner Associate TAM will be an expert in Return Path's products and data, display a firm grasp of industry knowledge and marketing concepts, and will help support the greater Partner Services organization and strategic partners as needed.
Collaborate closely with internal Support, Partner Development Managers, Product and the greater Partner Services team to provide a world-class client experience and problem resolution for Return Path's growth partners
Work with Partners to understand their organizational structure, sending platform, broader client base, and strategic goals
Onboard and train new partners
Provide expertise and ongoing education on Return Path products and deliverability best practices
Drive engagement with Return Path products and services through ongoing calls, regular interactions and business reviews with the Partner Account Manager
Use time effectively and efficiently to concentrate efforts on the most important priorities, handle several tasks at once and consider short and long-term goals
Manage internal projects for the Partner Services team to improve the ability to serve our partners at scale
What does it take to be successful in this role?
Ability to translate and tell a story from Return Path data in order to identify issues, involve others in seeking solutions, conduct appropriate analyses, and search for best solutions that are aligned to the Partners' needs
Understand the full functionality of the Return Path product suite, features and benefits, and competitive position in order to best to position Return Path
Ability to train partners on Return Path products and email deliverability concepts and best practices
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly both about businesses and technologies
Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
2+ years in a Client Service role managing multiple accounts and forming strong client relationships while demonstrating analytical and problem solving skills.
