Partner and Contract Manager at SEB in Stockholm

We are now looking for someone to join our new marketing department and take on the role as Partner and Contract Manager!
Your job is to oversee and consistently improve our vendor and collaboration portfolio by finding actionable insight, ensure cost efficiency as well as developing good relationships between SEB and the external parties. One part of your job will be to professionalise SEB's agency processes by overseeing the media spend and agency relationships.
Another part is to handle our sponsorship contracts. You will make sure to increase the level of collaboration, constantly seek the right balance between cost and quality, follow up activation of contracts and safeguarding that the invoices are in line with the agreements. The goal is to always have the best contracts at our hands and get the best value and partnership out of them. You will work closely with our external partner as well as the marketing department and collaborate with our controller and the procurement department.
Furthermore, a part of your job will be to ensure cost control by making budgets and project estimations for specific marketing activities. Together with your peers, you will develop KPIs that you proactively will work towards achieving. You will report to the new Marketing Director of SEB Group.
Have you got what it takes?
We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing and partnerships, great organisational skills, eye for details and with an eager to always improve and develop. You enjoy working independently as well as collaborating closely within SEB as well as with external parties.
Therefore you possess great social talent and are a skilled communicator. You have a doer mindset and enjoy working in a high-paced environment with a variety of hands-on tasks. You have a track record working with in calculations, e.g. budgets and project estimations, with excellent excel-skills to support.
Previous experience of contract and vendor management as well as marketing is a merit. You have a few years of working experience and an academic degree in Business Administration, Economics or other relevant field. Strong verbal and written skills in English, is essential.
