Partner and Contract Manager at SEB in Stockholm

We are now looking for someone to join our new marketing department and take on the role as Partner and Contract Manager!

The Challenge

Your job is to oversee and consistently improve our vendor and collaboration portfolio by finding actionable insight, ensure cost efficiency as well as developing good relationships between SEB and the external parties. One part of your job will be to professionalise SEB's agency processes by overseeing the media spend and agency relationships.

Another part is to handle our sponsorship contracts. You will make sure to increase the level of collaboration, constantly seek the right balance between cost and quality, follow up activation of contracts and safeguarding that the invoices are in line with the agreements. The goal is to always have the best contracts at our hands and get the best value and partnership out of them. You will work closely with our external partner as well as the marketing department and collaborate with our controller and the procurement department.

Furthermore, a part of your job will be to ensure cost control by making budgets and project estimations for specific marketing activities. Together with your peers, you will develop KPIs that you proactively will work towards achieving. You will report to the new Marketing Director of SEB Group.

We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing and partnerships, great organisational skills, eye for details and with an eager to always improve and develop. You enjoy working independently as well as collaborating closely within SEB as well as with external parties.

Therefore you possess great social talent and are a skilled communicator. You have a doer mindset and enjoy working in a high-paced environment with a variety of hands-on tasks. You have a track record working with in calculations, e.g. budgets and project estimations, with excellent excel-skills to support.

Previous experience of contract and vendor management as well as marketing is a merit. You have a few years of working experience and an academic degree in Business Administration, Economics or other relevant field. Strong verbal and written skills in English, is essential.

The Client Partner for Nordics will help to drive Adobe's services business for one of the largest and most strategic and complex customers in the region. You will be accountable for successfully developing and improving services engagements in this account. You will develop and nurture long term relationships within this account. You will participate in a matrixed, multi-disciplined team consisting of managers and top-level professionals to deliver with excellence across services engagements and throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities Include: * Drive mutual understanding of Adobe's rare and groundbreaking "experience business" capabilities and evangelize how those capabilities build long-term value for the customer across various customer business units & organizations * Creative analytical skills, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems * Build and use relationships within Adobe to solve very complex customer problems, including working with product teams to improve solutions * Apply Situational awareness of engagement challenges, trends, and opportunities facing one of the largest companies in the world * Lead a team on customer engagements that may involve multiple project teams from Adobe or client or partner organizations * Be the central client point of contact throughout the life of the engagement, beginning during presales with engagement scoping / interacting with all levels of the customer organization and within Adobe * Help customer understand Adobe's capabilities and the transformative power of digitization across their own customer's lifecycle * Partner with customer to understand their business objectives and requirements and deliver in the context of a statement of work * Manage the delivery team on a day-to-day basis, maintain the program / project plan, and oversee the delivery process to keep efforts on track (e.g., deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs) * Elevate and encourage your team through caring, effective leadership * Maintain solid governance, communication, and change management with customer teams and internal Adobe teams * Continually manage customer expectations, manage scope, and identify/mitigate risks * Apply Adobe's services methodology, apprentice others in the methodology, and drive continuous improvements in our ways of working * Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined scope and successful realization of key business objectives and metrics * Continuously grow and develop as a leader in one of the most exciting and dynamic technology fields today Requirements: * Business fluent in Swedish and English * 10+ years of experience leading projects in a consulting and/or technology professional services organization * Experience as a consulting manager in a top-tier management consulting firm OR as an accountable and practitioner manager / director from a customer organization is preferred * Experience providing consulting services to retail customers is desirable * MBA or meaningful advanced degree preferred * Engaging people leader with proven ability to lead and inspire teams * Strong executive presence, including ability to partner with and effectively influence client managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs * Proven organizational skills to plan and coordinate complex projects * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability absorb new concepts quickly * High level of energy and personal drive * Experience with one or more of the following preferred: digital marketing (e.g., web content management, rich internet applications, web and social analytics, online ad targeting, content personalization), technology/software/SAAS concepts, custom software development processes and methodologies (including managing Agile projects), technology project management and governance This is a fixed term contract with the high likelihood of being extended.
