We are searching for a Senior Content Associate, Shared Services-Technical Writer, to work 20 hours a week, in our Indianapolis, IN office.
The Senior Content Associate, Shared Services Technical Writer, leads the day to day operations of SOP writing/publishing/ versioning and document management for CDI content teams. Contributes to Operations/Shared Service's mission which supports both embedded and referential content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the current DCQS system including internal SOP documentation for CDI.
Creates and standardizes the formats of SOP documents.
Maintains the review and publishing process, as well as the required update and currency cycles.
Collaborates in design of process or system enhancements as well as new development, design, and testing.
Anticipates, identifies, and seeks solutions for issues and/or inefficiencies.
Represents Clinical Effectiveness in a positive, professional, and customer-focused manner. Treats fellow employees and customers in a Fair, Honest, Responsive, and Results-Oriented manner.
Performs other duties, projects, or assignments as directed by supervisor
B.A. or B.S. Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High level of technical writing expertise, which requires the ability to ask appropriate questions to clarify documentation and/or gain group consensus in a highly collaborative environment
Proficient project leadership/management skills
Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical decision support (preferred) proficient in a variety of office and collaborative programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Adobe Pro, Skype)
Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills, is detail-oriented and proficient in all levels of communication (written and verbal)
No anticipated travel needs
Normal office environment. Lifting up to 20lbs.
