We are searching for a Senior Content Associate, Shared Services-Technical Writer, to work 20 hours a week, in our Indianapolis, IN office.

The Senior Content Associate, Shared Services Technical Writer, leads the day to day operations of SOP writing/publishing/ versioning and document management for CDI content teams. Contributes to Operations/Shared Service's mission which supports both embedded and referential content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages the current DCQS system including internal SOP documentation for CDI.

  • Creates and standardizes the formats of SOP documents.

  • Maintains the review and publishing process, as well as the required update and currency cycles.

  • Collaborates in design of process or system enhancements as well as new development, design, and testing.

  • Anticipates, identifies, and seeks solutions for issues and/or inefficiencies.

Represents Clinical Effectiveness in a positive, professional, and customer-focused manner. Treats fellow employees and customers in a Fair, Honest, Responsive, and Results-Oriented manner.

Other Duties

Performs other duties, projects, or assignments as directed by supervisor


B.A. or B.S. Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience


Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High level of technical writing expertise, which requires the ability to ask appropriate questions to clarify documentation and/or gain group consensus in a highly collaborative environment

  • Proficient project leadership/management skills

  • Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical decision support (preferred) proficient in a variety of office and collaborative programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Adobe Pro, Skype)

  • Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills, is detail-oriented and proficient in all levels of communication (written and verbal)

Normal office environment. Lifting up to 20lbs.
