PAY RANGE: $19.68 - $23.15 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Coordinator will be an integral part of the NEW Manufacturing Alliance's talent and outreach programming. The position will work with K-16 and nonprofit agencies on identifying job seekers for Alliance members' job opportunities. The position will include facilitating talent recruitment events and training initiatives.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Develop relationships with agencies and K-16 working with job seekers and students.
Oversee a job seeker matching system connecting individuals with careers at Alliance member companies.
Coordinate Internship Draft Day and other job fair related events.
Coordinate Alliance training programs including facilitate speakers/trainers, moderate discussion, register students, distribute certificates of completion
Administer work experiences for high school students including identifying employers, work with schools in identifying students for program, track student progress.
Identify and create programs to reach job seekers informing them of Alliance member job opportunities.
Oversee the Alliance's resume email distribution program.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate Degree is required (Bachelor's Degree preferred) with preference in human resources.
Experience: Three years related experience.
An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
Cultural Competence: Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and sensitivity to and understanding of a diverse community of college students, faculty, and staff.
Computer Skills
Requires working knowledge of Mac and PC operating systems, basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite collection of programs. HTML experience is preferred
