We are seeking a Part-Time Showroom Associate to join our team. Don't miss this opportunity to grow with us!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome visitors by greeting, directing, and announcing them appropriately. Ensure the showroom is always clean and presentable, and guests are comfortable.

  • Efficiently, professionally, and cordially answer incoming phone calls; screen and forward incoming calls to the appropriate person and refer and/or answer inquiries. Handle and resolve complaints as appropriate.

  • Call leads for follow-ups or to schedule and confirm new appointments

  • Provide clerical and administrative support for showroom leadership, as requested, for Residential and Commercial projects (e.g. coordinate calendars with clients or subcontractors, photocopy, prepare documents, package for shipments, simple analysis using Microsoft Office or other tools.)

  • Assist with upkeep of common areas, maintain product display cleanliness, and ensure accurate pricing of materials on a weekly basis.

  • Participate in employee events.

  • Maintain an efficient and well-organized filing system for several departments.

  • Help manage social media pages with the Marketing Team, including creating weekly posts, taking photos on jobsites, etc.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a customer service representative, receptionist, or an administrative assistant.

  • Preferred

  • Experience in home remodeling or at a kitchen & bath showroom is a plus
  • Takes initiative as a self-starter; has effective organizational and time management skills; is detail-oriented and able to multi-task

  • Excellent customer service skills; strong service orientation to clients, employees, and other stakeholders

  • Preferred

  • Spanish Speaking a plus
  • Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office, Social Media, and cloud-based CRM programs

  • Interest to grow Social Media Marketing skills is a plus

Pay:

  • $18-23+/hour commensurate with experience, opportunity for annual growth

Schedule:

  • Part time: 3-5 days per week, ~20 hours per week,

  • Either Tuesday-Saturday 12-4pm, OR Thursday-Saturday 10am-4pm.

  • Some flexibility on schedule.
