Job Requirements:

• Experience selecting and purchasing fresh groceries for quality, timeliness, and within budget.

• Requires the availability to shop, up to six hours per week between September 1st and May 16th.

• Valid state issued driver's license

Essential Functions:

• Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. - prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.)

• Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech's Culinary Arts program.

• Ability to purchase items from a grocery supply list with accuracy and completeness.

• Ability to maintain accurate financial records of the grocery purchases.

• Accurately perform required job functions.

• Consistent submission of all receipts to Purchasing Office Support Specialist.

• Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
