Job Opening: Part-Time Second Grade Teacher

Location: Valley Village, CA 91607

Description: Jewish private school in Los Angeles seeks talented, experienced 2nd grade teacher to begin August 2024

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM-4:00 PM and Friday 11:00 AM-1:45 PMPlus once-per-week meeting at 11:30 AM (on Monday-Thursday, day to be determined)

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year teaching experience for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade.

2. Excellent classroom management skills. -

3. Stellar grasp of curriculum and best classroom practices.

4. BA in Education or similar. MA desired. - Radio/tv/film

5. Excellent references. -

6. Warm, creative and skilled.

Compensation: $35,000-$40,000 plus benefits -
