The primary responsibilities of the Part Time Sales Coordinator (6-Month Contract) role is to provide general project support for the Director of Sales (Kipling) and Sales team. The nature of work will include both routine administrative responsibilities as well as a variety of special projects requiring creativity and ingenuity.

The team member to fill this role must be able to be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent organization, attention to detail, polished communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):

  • Compile weekly and monthly recaps including by style and group analysis and door recaps.

  • Order management - maintain/complete all order forms and ensure accurate ensure all order confirmations on time.

  • Provide and upload all accounts with digital assets monthly (copy and imagery).

  • Coordinate sample and image process.

  • Assist sales team with meeting preparations.

  • Assist sales team in account meetings.

  • Assist with showroom setup and maintenance.

  • 14-20 hours per week

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent PC skills and ability to efficiently use basic software and platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel).

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload accordingly.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Must be a team player with a high level of dedication.
