The Line Cook is responsible for all preparation and production of food and sanitation according to company standards at the Ole Red location in the Nashville International Airport.
Minimum pay starting at $18-$18.50/hour (depending on experience)
Perform the following cooking procedures: sauté, grill, fry, bake, and roast.
Perform basic to more advanced knife skills (i.e. slice, chop, mince, julienne, dice) in the preparation and production of food items.
Clean, organize, and maintain sanitation of all walk-in coolers, food production areas, equipment, and general kitchen areas.
Produce and maintain all company-set food standards.
Execute and adhere to all directions provided by Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
Read tickets from the printer and/or KDS and produce products as described.
Properly store food and chemicals including proper labeling and dating and maintain appropriate temperature.
Perform dishwashing procedures according to proper sanitation standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
