Part Time Regulatory Analyst

National Fuel is currently seeking a Part-Time Regulatory Analyst for an outstanding career opportunity in our Rates and Regulatory Affairs department located at our corporate headquarters in Williamsville, NY. The successful candidate will become a member of our Core Services team which own National Fuel's network and compute infrastructure and will be responsible for delivering efficient, highly available, scalable and recoverable networking infrastructure services to the corporation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support for the day-to-day administration of the Conservation Incentive Program and for the development of prospective Company energy efficiency initiatives

• Track and report the financial expenditures, number of participants, and emission reductions achieved, for business use and for public reporting

• Prepare and update quantitative business analyses, written reports, Excel spreadsheets, and provide general support for various state and federal regulatory proceedings

• Serve as a regulatory liaison for the Company, attending regular meetings and working closely with members of other New York State utilities, NYSERDA, Department of Public Service Staff, the North American Energy Standards Board, and other Company departments

• Work closely with a project team to complete billing analysis, program effectiveness, and market potential studies

• Ensure continued regulatory compliance with Commission Orders, Guidance Documents, and programmatic requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data modeling

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior regulatory, compliance or analytical work experience

• Master of Business Administration
