Our client, an educational institute, is seeking a Part

• Time Receptionist to work 2

• 3 days a week. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work limited hours or get back into the workforce.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16/hr

Position Overview:

The Part

• Time Receptionist will work 2

• 3 days a week when the Office Manager is out of the office. They will be responsible for various clerical tasks as well as general office operation duties. The Part

• Time Receptionist will be working various shifts but must be available to work onsite for the following shifts: Monday

• Friday 7:00 am

• 3:00 pm and 2:00 pm

• 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am

• 2:00 pm. Candidates must be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities of the Part

• Time Receptionist:

• Open/close the office.

• Stock and maintain the kitchen.

• Sign for UPS and FedEx deliveries.

• Create labels and pick-ups for outgoing packages.

• Check office supply inventory.

• Schedule building maintenance as needed.

Qualifications for the Part

• Time Receptionist:

• Flexible and can-do attitude.

• Able to work 2

• 3 times a week from Monday

• Friday, 7:00 am

• 3:00 pm and 2:00 pm

• 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am

• 2:00 pm.

• Willing to learn.

• Reliable transportation as this is an onsite position.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
