Essential Duties & Responsibilities

MarketCast is looking for quality assurance assistants within our LA office with at least Wednesday availability (ability to cover a half day Thursday morning a plus). Our quality assurance assistants are responsible for making sure our vendors are conducting surveys up to our standards. Through audio recordings of our interviews, we audit interviewers and sites across the U.S. on a weekly basis and populate excel templates with findings and summarize them into write-ups. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic. For those interested in market research, this is a good way to learn about intercept interviews and get an introduction to quality assurance.

Qualification Requirements

  • Experience with Excel is required.

Work Environment

  • Work is generally performed within an office environment, which includes the use of standard office equipment
  • 90% of day spent sitting in front of a computer

Physical Demands

  • Must have the ability to safely lift a minimum of 25 lbs. without restrictions

  • Requires many hours of working in front of a computer and extended periods of telephone

  • Visual acuity (8-10 hours viewing computer)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Ensure appropriate processes are followed for effective and timely engagement of related parties in completion of designated project activities. ● Provide regular status update to senior management.
