Overview

In coordination with the physician, is responsible for providing medical services which are consistent with community standards of care. Focus is on inpatient geriatrics.

Responsibilities

  • Providing psychiatric Evaluations to patients.

  • Conducts routine pharmacological management and evaluation.

  • Collaboration and consultation with Psychiatrists consistent with the practice standards of Center for Family Guidance, PC, its client and the respective Collaborative Agreements.

  • Orders and interprets diagnostic tests.

  • Writes orders for medical medications and treatments, under guidelines of licensure.

  • Dictates discharge summaries and transfer orders.

  • Participates in Case management, as scheduled.

  • Maintains and follows patient care protocols.

  • Works with members of the healthcare team in educating the patients of their medical care.

  • Participation in designated hospital committee meetings and in-services (as needed).

  • Serves as expert nurse practitioner consultant and educator for CFG and its client.

  • Must be available to provide weekend "on-call" coverage to one of CFG's Contracted Hospital Systems providing inpatient/consult service coverage.

  • Must be available to provide holiday coverage at one of CFG's contracted Hospital Systems.

  • Completes all necessary paperwork and documentation as determined by the facility in which the APN is providing services.

  • Continually updates clinical knowledge and skills through consultation, formal and informal education and review of literature for the benefit of themselves as well as for the healthcare team.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Master's Degree.

  • Must have current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Nurse license with at least one year experience of providing direct patient care.

  • Must have prescriptive authority.

Job Description The TD Bank Teller I processes Customer transactions face-to-face for a variety of routine to more complex financial transactions including but not limited to check cashing, withdrawals, and deposits. Balance Automated Teller machines (ATMs) and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/ Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) as necessary. * Adheres to safe deposit box procedures/ operations and guidelines. * Establishes and solidifies Customer relationships by providing legendary Customer Service based on Guiding Principles, CWI, Think SMART and WOW! Shop criteria. * Educates and engages Customers in conversations regarding their current and future financial needs and educates Customers about Bank products and services. * Expected to service both lobby and drive-thru Customers. * May assist in the preparation and development of the Stores Sales Plan. Recognizing referral opportunities and initiating. * Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
