Part Time - Position 20-30 hours per WeekA Proposal Assistant & Librarian is responsible for creation, entry, categorization, and ongoing maintenance of the reusable knowledge database(s). This position will also work collaboratively with team members, and relevant stakeholders throughout the sales proposal development process providing support as needed.Essential Duties and
Create, enter, categorize, and maintain the reusable knowledge database(s) for the proposal team. This includes orderly management and timely entry of technical responses to ensure the knowledge database is current. Assist proposal coordinators with the production of proposal template population, formatting, printing, and shipping. Troubleshoots technical issues in text, layout, and printing Create images that identify a product or convey a message and ensure graphic consistency throughout the proposal. Active engagement in training classes and communication with SMEs to embrace and learn ES&S' product offerings in the election industry. Education: Must have a bachelor's degree, Journalism, Business, Marketing or related fieldExperience:At least 6 months to 1-year experience working in a professional office environment.Experience with SharePoint (desired)Familiarity with sales proposals and/or grant writing (desired)Experience with graphic design (desired)Competencies:Exceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a deadline driven environmentSkilled in writing, editing, and proofreadingProficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorMaintain knowledge of voting solution product technologiesProblem-solving and logical reasoningProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of productsLicenses/Certifications
