Part-Time Personal Assistant

Greenwich, CT (Partially Remote)

Compensation: $35-$50 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a distinguished woman based in Greenwich, CT. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills. The position is part-time, with a flexible schedule that includes both in-person and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Coordination:

    • Plan and organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
    • Ensure all travel documents are up to date and organized.
  • Event Planning and Management:

    • Assist in planning and coordinating social events and gatherings.
    • Manage RSVPs, catering, and venue arrangements.
    • Oversee event logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Handle scheduling and calendar management to coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as email management, phone calls, and correspondence.
    • Assist with filing, document organization, and other office duties.
  • Philanthropic Activities:

    • Support involvement in various philanthropic causes and activities.
    • Maintain records of donations, memberships, and volunteer activities.
    • Coordinate meetings and communications with charity organizations.
  • Personal Errands:

    • Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.
    • Assist with household management and maintenance.
  • Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for both personal and professional matters.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
    • Experience in travel coordination, event planning, and administrative support.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills (email, calendar management) and willingness to assist a non-tech-savvy employer.
