Insight Global's client is looking for a dependable and meticulous Part Time Office Assistant to join their team in San Francisco. The Office Assistant will support the daily operations of our office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening the office, maintaining the coffee and kitchen area, organizing team breakfasts, and handling mail and packages. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. Responsibilities: Office Opening/Closing (Based on Assigned Schedule): Morning Opening Shift:

Arrive early to open the office, ensuring it is prepared for the day.

Tasks include, but are not limited to, kitchen reset, restocking essentials, and organizing common areas. Evening Closing Shift:

Stay until the end of the workday to close the office.

Tasks include, but are not limited to, tidying up, restocking items, turning off appliances, securing the premises, and ensuring all mail and packages are handled. Stock Management:

Restock supplies, including cups, coffee, snacks, and other kitchen essentials. Coffee and Kitchen Setup: Set up the coffee area and maintain its cleanliness throughout the day.

Team Breakfast Preparation: Prepare and organize light breakfasts for the team as needed (e.g., setting up bagels, fruit, pastries). Mail and Package Handling: Retrieve and distribute mail and packages promptly.

General Office Support: Assist with light clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, or other duties as assigned. Maintain Common Areas:

Keep common areas like the general office area, kitchen, and meeting rooms clean and organized. Must Haves: Ability to come into the office 5 days a week.

Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred, ideally in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments (such as startups). A proactive problem-solver or "firefighter" mindset is highly valued. Reliable, punctual, and proactive with strong organizational skills. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
